“Room wasn’t ready at 4pm and housekeepers said room was ready but when we went to enter at 7:00pm after being told to return back at 6 and the room would be ready the housekeeper still hadn’t made the beds, we had zero towels except a hand towel, I understand low staffed but if so a full refund there or a discount should’ve been made.”

“The cost was reasonable. Expedia, discounts helped. The staff were a bit off, though we and they adjusted to make things work. (No pool towels were available for the adult time for pool and hot tub use) we used our room towels, then replenished those after. The rooms coffee pot was broken, and the available outlet was loose. And the room had a heavy scent of cleaning product. But it was close to the beach.”

“Stayed at the property for 6 days. Front desk to cleaning staff were great. Received daily text messages to schedule housekeeping. Room was updated and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Walk-in showers, no issues with pressure or hot water. The property exterior was dated and walkway’s and stairs were completely serviceable but what is expected of a property that is basically on the beach. Several great coffee shops that offered limited breakfast and pastries are a short walk away. Have……

“The location was fantastic - simple staircase directly to the beach behind the hotel! Loved having the kitchenette to prepare items. Draw back was the microwave was over the fridge, and being 5' I could not reach it without standing on a chair - wish it were easier to access. View from the room was great, but warning that the window did not have a screen. Being on the 2nd floor with 2 small children and 2 dogs was a little worrisome so we did not open the window. “Two bedroom suite is incredibly spacious. Unfortunately the floor was not well cleaned, and bits of food were easily visible under the furniture in the main living space. The beds were clean, though the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The location is amazing and the views from our room were wonderful.”

“I sprained my ankle on the uneven ground around the pool that was not easy to see as lighting in the pool was dark as well as the floor was incredibly slippery. Ended up sliding on the ground 10 feet like a an otter and felt thoroughly embarrassed sore . There was no grip tape or anything on the floor to indicate the ledge that was there nor any watch your step sign. I suggest you should make the ledge around the pool, more noticeable for future patrons and add some grip tape on the major……
