“Breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. The only issue we had was we got there right before 4, an hour after check in should be available and our room was still not ready. With 2 young kids, we hated having to wait nearly 20 minutes to be able to get in the room after driving for 4 hours.”

“The people were kind and generous and helpful. But , it is obvious this hotel Has been used heavily by construction or contractors that stain the carpet and furniture. Our floors were mopped, but not clean.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Lady staff member was very friendly and helpful. Night staff not so helpful. Running water in toilet entire 2 night stay, even after reporting to night staff. Remodeled rooms but old, cracked walls in ballroom. Poor lighting at night in rooms. Nice shower. No magnifying mirror in bathroom.”

“This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red……
