"This house has fun access to a dock on the bay and a walkway to the Gulf beach. It is located in a lovely area with great beaches and lovely homes. It is fairly close to grocery store and a good variety of restaurants. The kitchen is very small and not well suited/equipped for making large meals, but is ok for breakfast and lunch. The house is older and has a bit of a musty smell and you need to bring all that you need in terms of toilet paper and toiletries."

"I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop.
