"We enjoyed our stay at this location. We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way. "This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick."

"Very nice property with about 50 yds walk to beach. Location is awesome beach, restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Spare bedroom with day bed was very misleading. Too small for 2 adults, but we made it work. Gas grill was available but no gas. We requested a tank, but it was never delivered. All in all our family had a great vacation. Thank you!!!"

"Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites."

On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. "This is not a very large unit, but it is in great condition. I think it’s perfect for two adults, but I’d be hesitant to put many more people in there. I got the impression that most of the appliances are brand new, and I know that the sofa is. I had a little bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi password and with one of the electric blinds, but they were rapidly fixed by the property manager. He was very responsive ! "The apartment was exactly as described. Super clean, well appointed, and almost on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only slight problem we had was that the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. Perhaps best to use it for a child. We definitely hope to return."
