"The unit was very clean and pictures were accurate. Had some beach supplies which helped chairs etc. only down side was the stairs to the beach I am not sure if a section of the stairs was missing but the bottom few steps were not there making it a 3’ drop into the water. Did not work well for someone who couldn’t jump down or climb up which was our case. We went a short distance to Middle beach which is nice but very crowded for the Memorial Day holiday. "I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants. It was just perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay here again in the near future."
