Also if you feel that need to cancel due to health issues in your community or ours we will give you a full refund of the booking but you must cancel 36 hrs. before the arrival date. Gorgeous guest house located 3 blocks west of the State Capitol, it has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom on an open floor plan, amenities include, granite countertop in the kitchen, custom design cabinets, ceramic tile on bathroom, living room and kitchen, electric fireplace, and tv, the mantle on the chimney was custom design, as well as the natural stone and travertine work, each of the 2 bedrooms have a king size bed, you can relax listening to the waterfall on the background of the back yard! This is a guest house and shares back yard with the main house that it's also listed on VRBO listing # 1418910
