Opened in 2008 during the city’s year as European capital of culture, Liverpool ONE is a major retail, entertainment and residential redevelopment comprising six distinct districts in the city’s heart. Take a stroll down Peters Lane for a range of top designer labels such as Boss, Karen Millen and Ted Baker London, then stop for a coffee at one of the many cafés. Continue on to Paradise Street and South John Street where you’ll find the Apple Store, Nike and many of the nation’s favorites such as John Lewis.
When it’s time to rest your credit card, make your way to Chavasse Park in the city center. Named after a local war hero, the park is the perfect place to escape the bustling streets and enjoy a picnic or just some fresh air. Liverpool ONE occupies the heart of the city and can be easily accessed either on foot or by public transport. Plenty of paid parking is available, however, it tends fill up quickly on the weekends and during peak times.
