“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We had a lovely sea view room, very clean and plent of space. Room had coffee and tea making facilities, shower in bath, tv, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. Also a fridge in the room. We had the breakfast which was of good quality Only issue was parking can be tricky. “Spent 3 nights at the Lawton in Llandudno. Great location, all staff approachable, helpful and extremely pleasant. Great location to the promenade and town centre. Room was good size for what we wanted and the breakfast was superb, wide range on offer, fresh produce and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend and use again!”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
