"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

"Location overlooking the lake could not be better. Close to Trains/busses and Ferries. Well kept property - would definitely come back. As with all Swiss Rentals there is a Tourist Tax per night of stay which was not mentioned in the listing. Just be prepared to pay it."

"My wife and I stayed for several days at this lovely property with an impeccable view of the lake. The apartment was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a bus line that runs by the front of the apartment, but we found it useful to have a car given the events we had planned during our stay. The apartment is close to the local town and it's easy to pick up groceries, drinks, etc. We would stay here again."

"Sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet. Praktische Küche. Kaffeemaschine hätte Kapseln von Tschibo gebraucht. Kein Mixer in der Küche vorhanden. Sogar eigene Waschmaschine. Sonniger Balkon, jedoch ohne Seesicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht und einem großen Balkon. Die Lage ist schön und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Allerdings gibt es zwei kleine Probleme: 1- die Parkplatzsituation, für eine solche Lage braucht man definitiv ein Auto und es gibt keine Parkplätze, 2- die Check-out-Zeit ist viel zu früh und ruiniert somit die letzte Nacht des Aufenthalts.
