We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Château Laurier. A special thank you to the team for upgrading our room to one with a beautiful view of the Parliament Buildings and the Ottawa Locks as it was my daughter's first trip to Ottawa, and the view made it even more memorable.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location is excellent—within walking distance of most of Ottawa's major tourist attractions.
The only downside was the long wait at check-in, but the staff remained courteous throughout.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Fairmont Château Laurier to anyone visiting Ottawa.
