Staff at front desk did not give clear direction to our room. My brother who had accompanied me, has cerebral palsy and it was very difficult going in and out of the car multiple times looking for our room, with no clear directions. Felt like a wild goose chase. Front desk said they were able to do nothing to compensate for the inconvenience they had caused.
