Convenient for LHR, nice bar and balcony to sit and have a drink. Breakfast buffet was nice with a decent amount of choice. Recommend if you need an airport hotel.

The hotel itself was nice but upon checking in, the only staff that were nice were the hotel concierge checking us in, and our waitress that night at dinner.
