I had to straddle the toilet to be able to close the door so that I could get into the shower. I have stayed in other rooms in the past and have never had this problem before.

When I arrived, my room was tiny compared to photos. The place looked like it was falling apart, not upkept at all. I spotted a small insect in the bathroom. The shower was tiny, and the showerhead itself was encrusted with residue. In order to reach the bathroom, I had to first squeeze myself between the wall and the bed to turn on the light, then squeeze out to open the pantry-style doors to then get inside. Additionally, this is rated as 3 stars on expedia, but 2 stars on google. There's no dining area, and the amenities are minimal. I left within an hour of arriving. The staff told me that the manager would reach out to me regarding my stay and I haven't heard back nearly two weeks later. I didn't get any money back from the hotel.
