Everything you need is in this stylish sunny apartment suitable for up to 3pax. Only 20 seconds to gourmet coffee, the latest fashion in Carnaby and secret locations for an evening of cocktails, chefs' creations and entertainment. A separate bedroom, kitchen, shower suite and working desk are provided creating a calm space for the professional traveller and student life.

Situated in a small block on a quiet pedestrianised street allowing taxi drop off, the property offers a secure street level access and stairs to the second floor.

Should you be travelling as a group, the third person would sleep on an automated air mattress or sofa bed.

Great location

The location in Carnaby/SOHO was amazing, and the place was clean and sunlit. We did experience a few issues that never got resolved in the week we were there. The place, although non-smoking has a cigarette smell. The owner suggested it may be from the bathroom vent. The bathroom sink backed up and drained very slow. I notified the owner right away, and four messages and three days later finally got a response saying she ordered a drain cover and to try closing the vent. No instruction on how to do so, nor did she send anyone to unclog the sink as I'd requested. It took 2 more days for her to reply to my asking how to close the vent.Overall, we loved the location, and the place was fine. I was frustrated at the slow response from the owner, and there was no information regarding if a property manager was available to take care of issues in a timely manner.

Disappointing

Our stay at this VRBO apartment in London was extremely disappointing. The apartment's prime Carnaby location was the only redeeming quality, as the rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, the keys were unavailable until our host was contacted, leaving us to wait patiently. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by an overpowering mildew stench that permeated the entire apartment. The bedsheets and towels were horribly musty, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, despite the VRBO listing stating accommodations for four, the only option available for our children was an air mattress that refused to inflate. This meant that my two children had to move in alongside us in our double bed with the mildew sheets. When I tried to contact the host to report the issues, I was met with complete silence. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, I never received a single response. It was clear that the host was entirely disinterested in addressing our concerns or providing any assistance. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and frustrating this experience was. The host's complete lack of responsiveness was unacceptable. If you're considering staying in London, I strongly urge you to avoid this VRBO listing at all costs. We left our 5 day rental after one night, and our request for partial refund - or course - went unanswered.

Location couldnt be better. Basic, clean accommodation. Needed the tv ( an age thing) but it wasnt working. Contacted hist but no responce. So if there was a real issue???
