We were greeted by three staff members running out to assist us with our bags! Absolutely great first impression! Service and staff were absolutely fantastic. The venue is cute and quirky and the live music is a great touch. The rooms are quite cosy and comfortable but for a long stay with lots of luggage it can be a bit small and not much room to move. Located in a perfect position for shopping, transport and sight seeing. I would definitely return based on the greeting and goodbye we received, consistent great service and friendly staff.

I LOVED my three night stay at Hux Hotel. Such bold colors, such an intriguing design. Also a wonderful location at the southwest corner of Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park -- my favorite area to stay in London. My room had large windows looking out to the street and park. This is such a stylish place -- but you will feel comfortable even if you are not all that stylish (like me). There are a few things to know: you have to walk up a number of stairs to get to the elevator; the walls are thin, which was briefly a problem for me one of the three nights; the bathroom is very small (though lovely). All that said, I didn't mind any of that because it was so much fun to stay in such a vibrant, interesting hotel.

For the price i paid, I feel like i should have went france and back, but the hotel was very unique, i love the taxidermy and the staff were amazing, but... not worth 250 a night, the staff did amazing with the services
