Hotel struggled to provide air conditioning during very hot days in London. Staff were generally very helpful and responsive, and tried hard to resolve AC problems. Location is convenient and central.

Hotel was easy to find, close to Euston station. Check in was very efficient and we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. It was a small room in the roof space of the hotel so it was extremely hot. There was a fan in the room which helped cool the room. The room was clean however the furniture was marked and the room could do with a paint. Be sure to ask for a room on the lower floors as they seemed much bigger!

Staff: Friendly and helpful, for example, offering assistance on how to find our misplaced baggage (lost, and later found, during our commute into London), and providing cutlery for eating our meal delivery in our room. Breakfast: Wonderful! Best I've had in a while. Buffet with selection of cereals, cold meats, traditional English breakfast, scrambled eggs 😋, breads, and fruits and yoghurt. Note: In the quiet of the bedroom you can feel and hear the rumble of the underground. Noticeable, but not enough to bother me, my wife, or 1.5-year-old.

Single room was good, cozy room with good rain shower head. Staff were nice enough, not many amenities to speak of in the hotel, and the area around the hotel was...dubious, but it is close to Euston station and underground so can move about London well enough. I stayed one night as was doing a work course in London, didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep and shower which is completely acceptable.

It was good stay, I have overlooked that this property does not have an AC and it was very hot when we arrived. There was a fan in the room but needed a second fan to keep the room tolerable. The bathroom fan wasn’t strong enough or not sure if there was a fan in there. There were some dust in the room and there was only 2 pillows. Most the staff were friendly and helpful— so thank you to the staff. I picked this hotel as it is very close to the train station which made it all worth it.

Very nice all in, but over priced for a single bed and the windows were flimsy and I was incredibly cold the entire night. Clean and well stocked just a bit cold. The TV was also not working, I didn’t bother asking to sort as I arrived later and had my phone, but was a bit rubbish to have no option of the tele.
