Vive como un londinense. El piso tiene su propia entrada ya que originalmente era una tienda de esquina.

La sala de estar / comedor / cocina abierta está a nivel del suelo con una chimenea decorativa. La cocina está completamente equipada para cocinar, si lo desea. Dispone de horno, microondas, placa de gas con campana extractora, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador. Hay dos taburetes para comer en un mostrador.

A pocos pasos de los dos dormitorios y cuarto de baño (con inodoro y lavabo) y baño en suite (ducha sobre bañera, lavabo, inodoro y bidet).

El dormitorio principal, con baño, se puede organizar como una cama King (6 pies de ancho) o como dos camas individuales extra largas. Se abre a un pequeño patio donde puede disfrutar de su café de la mañana o una copa por la noche. Se permite fumar en el patio.

El otro dormitorio tiene una cama Queen (cama de 5 1/2 pies de ancho).

El salón tiene dos sofás, uno de los cuales tiene un pequeño sofá cama doble.

El comedor tiene capacidad para 6.

Todo el piso es de unos 900 pies 2 (80 metros cuadrados).

Este es un piso para no fumadores y no mascotas.

Proporcionamos algunos artículos para su llegada, pero probablemente tendrá que obtener más, especialmente para estancias de más de unos pocos días. The flat is beautiful and has everything we need. The location is perfect, between Paddington and Edgware Tube stations so we could easily go anywhere. Little Venice is a nice area for walking with plenty of places to eat or get fresh food. The owner is also very responsive, checking in with us and dealing with any issues immediately.

Great location and space

This was a great location for our family to spend a week in London. Communication with Joel was excellent. The neighborhood provides quick access to the tube and restaurants, but is also quiet and safe. It's very convenient to have the full kitchen, two bathrooms and three separate sleeping areas. All around a great place to stay.

Charming, Cozy & Location

Our family of four (two daughters/early 20s) stayed on Porteus Road right after Christmas thru the New Year. Perfect location to Paddington Station/train where you can pick up every major line. Flat was perfect for us & appreciate two bedrooms, two showers, a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Host Joel was communicative/kind and offered many suggestions for dining (Briciole/Italian food that was an excellent local place where we thought we were dining in Florence), off-the-beaten path streets to wander and musicals to see, plus his welcome guide had great resources (Monty’s Car Service to/from Heathrow), grocery shops, etc. Truly enjoyed staying in a charming residential area that was quiet during the holiday rush. Great Location with a Great Host

The place was clean and comfortable. It was hot some of the days that we were there, so it was nice that there were air conditioners to cool down. The place is also great for a family. It has two decently-sized bedrooms with large beds, plus a fold out in the living room. I was traveling with my wife, son and mother in law, and we had plenty of room. There are also two TVs, although we didn't use them much. The wifi was a little spotty, but that was something to do with the extender in a bedroom, which Joel offered to fix or replace, but we had access to download things, stream and plan our days, so we told him he could wait until our stay was over. The location was great. It's a short walk to Paddington station, from which everything in the city center is a few tube stops. And there is a super market close enough to walk to for extra supplies, if you plan to cook at the apartment some mornings/nights. The best part was the fact that Joel was very attentive. He stopped by to show us the place when we arrived and returned before we left. He also let us know that he was available if we needed anything during our stay. He was an all-around great host.

Highly Recommended!

Perfectly located … 5 minute walk to the Tube. Beautifully outfitted London flat. Super comfortable beds. Everything you could need in well equipped kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Bright and well lit. Ground floor and no stairs. Netflix for a holiday movies at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Joel was just a phone call away if we needed help. We all agreed, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Good base in London

Quiet residential areas about a ten minute walk north of Paddington with easy access to both Edgware Road tube stations. The apartment had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for coffee and a quick snack-we didn't cook any meals there. Both bathrooms had showers. Beds were comfortable. There weren't a lot of shops or restaurants within a couple of blocks, however, there were plenty within a ten minutes walk. Taxi fares to Mayfair, Soho, and Kensington were about 20 pounds and short drives. It was nice to come back to this apartment after dinner and have space to spread out and relax.

London Baby!

My family and I stayed at Joel's property during our first trip to London. We were thrilled with the property and the location. The house was better than advertised! It was clean, the size was perfect for a family of 4 and very centrally located. It's a less than 10 min walk to Paddington Station, restaurants and a grocery store. Check in process was super easy, Joel's communication was quick and clear. I highly recommend Joel's flat to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting London! - Katie

Short walking distance to Paddington Station and Little Venice

Great location and terrific communication with very responsive and organized VRBO pro. Flat had everything we needed/wanted for a week and a half home base in London. Could not be easier getting there via Heathrow Express into Paddington.

Most convenient location!

You are a short walk to Paddington Station which was very convenient arriving from Heathrow. Also, Paddington is a major connection hub so we could get to most places without changing lines. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood and several grocery stores to choose from. What is really great bout location is that while you’re close to everything the street itself is very quiet. Flat itself was perfect for a family of four. Everything worked and it was a very comfortable place to stay. Joel was a great host. He provided a very detailed and helpful document with suggestions for transportation, restaurants, etc.

Family Trip To London and Paris

Upon arrival to the flat we were very happy with the location. Easy to get to Paddington and Edgeware Road tube. The flat was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The only request I would have is more towels in both bathrooms. Other than that is was perfect! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Would stay here again!!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The neighborhood is both quaint and quiet AND also very close to a "happening" night life. It's a short walk to a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops. The Little Venice area is a gem! Our college-aged kids are begging us to retire here! The owner, Joel, is a great communicator and so very accommodating at all times. We feel so lucky that this property worked out so well for us and we hope to stay here again one day. Thank you Joel!

Great Location / Great Host

I stayed here the week before the coronation with my spouse, mother and her companion. Joel communicated with us in detail from the moment we placed our deposit about the flat and its surroundings and he had lots of good advice. The flat was as advertised. The neighborhood is ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in London. Little Venice is a hidden gem of a neighborhood.

Wonderful Easter break vacation

Great property, close to 3 tube stations. Clean, safe neighborhood close to canal. Several places to eat but we used the nicely furnished kitchen alot. Good communication with very flexible owner.

Location, Location, Location

This is the perfect apartment for a party of 2-5. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of room to relax in the living/dining area. The washer/dryer is a huge bonus. We are light sleepers and can happily report the apartment was very quiet and we slept well. But the best thing is the location, an easy ½ mile walk to both Paddington Station (Heathrow Express) and Edgware Road Station puts all of London within easy striking distance. Many shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. In addition, communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a question during our stay, and he was quick to respond even though he was traveling at the time. He provided lots of helpful information before arrival about the apartment and the surrounding area which was very helpful. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Little Venice - a new and attractive area

The flat was clean, well kept and nicely appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave us a full rundown of any idiosyncrasies we might encounter at the flat. My wife uses a walker and thus she found the location of the flat a bit too far away for her to walk comfortably. It ‘s location was not good for us, but may well suit the able bodied. Great flat in London

This was a perfect flat for our family of four staying in London. The flat was very clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient for traveling to and from Heathrow as well as the rest of London. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone.
