Casas en los árboles en Longboat Key

“Close to beach and cozy”

“Just got back from our long weekend trip to Longboat Key. Had a marvelous stay in the Vitamin Sea property. Everything was just perfect - really nice unit with all the necessities already stocked, steps from a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets, and great amenities (to include miniature golf)! Great pool for morning swims. Our host, Heidi, was a gem! Easy reservation/check-in and always making sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised us with a shell ornament gift and cinnamon...

“Great location and amenities. We thought the pool was nice and of course the beach was fantastic. The property manager was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and honestly had exactly what we needed, as we spent a majority of the time outside. I truly have no complaints.”

“Terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty and had many cockroaches. The bed sheets had clearly been used by previous guests and had not been changed. There were no clean sheets available to replace them. I felt completely ripped off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend it at all.”

“Todo estuvo bien, sólo que me cobraron 60$ más al llegar y la repuesta fue que por usar el app de Expedia. He tratado de comunicarme con Expedia pero no lo he logrado. ”

“My family and I had a great stay at the property. The proximity to the beach was great for our family and allowed for easy breaks during the day as it was only a minute walk to the beach. Easy drives to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island made for fun day trips with little work to get there. Would recommend for those wanting a relaxing stay with easy beach access and desiring to be outside of the highly tourist traffic. Thanks for a great stay.”

“the absolute best views and beyond better hosts”

“Me parece de pésimo gusto que te cobren una sombrilla en la playa y que solo puedes usar 2 camastros por un cuarto de 4 personas, los otros 2 con costo extra.... Es un hotel de 500. Dlls la noche no deberían cobrar NADA extra y menos una sombrilla en la playa que además estaba ahi me querían cobrar 30 Dlls por abrirla.”

“Only issue is that the towels were stained but everything else was amazing. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: a few days breathing in the good salt air and toes in the sand is wonderful therapy to get away from it all.”

“Location to the beach was wonderful. Steps from crystal clear water. Pool was nice and clean as was the room itself. It is small, I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people stay, anymore than that would be a tight fit, but could work if you needed it to. Location to restaurants and shops wasn't convenient for someone who did not have vehicle access so keep that in mind if you don't have transportation available. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. It was a quiet location which was...

“We would definitely return! Super clean, had everything we needed. Well informed by the host and check in was easy.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The view and location was amazing!!! Such a nice homey feeling and would love to come back again!”

“It was clean with good amenities and very good location. However, we had the same Room 253A experience. The room was layed out as pictured but definitely dated, dark and dingy inside. The mattress was old and lumpy. The pictures conveyed the idea of there being a screened porch of which there was not.”

“These were our first vacations in Longboard Key, we were three people, my son, my mother and I had a great time, the best of all we have had, it was a wonderful experience, the sea is beautiful, the place we enjoyed it a lot, that unique tranquility does not exist in Miami where we have lived for years. I just want to highlight something when we made our entrance, the door of the apartment was open and then the pin did not work until we could see Wanda on Monday ... Everything was resolved early...
