"There is a saying that what matters most is location, location, location, location. Baby, this place has got the location! Lots of listings will tell you that it's only steps to the beach and they mean about a million steps. This place is steps from the sand! The water there was a turquoise clear and the beach was clean. There is a photo attached with a palm tree, that is the view from your living room. The room is spacious. Two nice bedrooms and a sofa in the living room. Big enough to sleep on if you needed it. The bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has all the amenities that you should need. Including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The location is very close to a Publix. If you turn right from their parking lot, Publix is just right down the road a little way. There's a sign in front, that says ; The beach at Longboat Key. That's what you're looking for. If you get the time and you drive into Sarasota like you're headed to their airport, there's a lovely shopping area that we didn't have time to get to, so we're making plans to go back! "
