The Inn is very clean, felt safe and kid friendly. Check in was nice and easy, took all of 3 minutes! The beach is so close it was great with a 2 year old. Perfect place all in all. I read a bunch of reviews, lots of people complained about the AC. There was nothing wrong with the AC it’s a window unit and we set it at 62 never shut off and froze us out!

Very clean and nice property. Close to beach access is a plus and minus. Beach is physically nice, but also very noisy and if your American, you will be a minority to a very noisy population that seems to think thongs are the only option for women’s bottoms and have no issues with leaving a lot of trash behind on the beach and in the parking lots. I used to come to this beach and Caspersen a lot years ago when I lived near the area, and it was calm, clean, and very enjoyable to hunt shark teeth. In one afternoon at Caspersen shark tooth hunting, there were apparently three calls to police which showed up to the beach; I hadn’t seen three police show up in total at Caspersen in a decade of going there beforehand. The property is very nice and a great location to dining and shops. The beach is nice, with great sunsets, just not the environment it used to be if you like quiet and clean. I was hoping this would still have been an old Florida beach feel, but it doesn’t seem there are many left unless you go to very limited access beaches.

The property was immaculate and our room was a small efficiency. It had toiletries and basic necessities to use the kitchen area. The microwave popcorn was a nice touch. The use of beach chairs and umbrellas were clutch. It was literally right across from Venice Beach and a short walk into the main shopping area.

I only stayed here one night , but I’d stay again , I was able to check in at 1pm earlier than expected , right across the street from the beach , walkable food options , park and shop nearby . The beach was beautiful it was a wensday so I don’t know if that added to the fact it wasn’t packed at all . The staff was nice , room was clean and spacious

My only regret for this motel was that we only stayed one night! Our room was spacious and clean. We were surprised to find that it had a very nice kitchenette. The beach was right across the street, which was a huge plus for my family. The staff offered us use of their beach chairs, umbrella, and sand sifters. The grounds and pool were well kept. A delicious light breakfast was provided, which included pastries from a local bakery. This motel was perfect for our family road trip from the Keys!

We rented the King Suite and the room was awesome, very clean and fresh smelling. Scent is a powerful indicator for me at all times. The only issue we had was there wasn’t a trash can, there was a tiny recycle can, but the suite had a little kitchen, we thought that was odd. So we daily carried our trash out and this nice guy at the Brohard Pet Beach helped us discard our trash. Other than that, the room was perfect! Hot tub worked perfectly and I would stay here again. The Bennetts Ps: Be wary if you eat out at Pinchers, my husband got violent food poisoning from the grouper sandwich.
