“My complaint is they start cleaning at 830 am and, when you are trying to rest that is no good,you ask for coffee or other things oh we don't have any more, no microwave you can use and charge you 25 dollars for service fee per day but is not there when you do your reservation.”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.”

“So when I booked this resort through Expedia, the night I arrived to the resort I called the number and was trying to check in. It was a very unorthodox way to check in. Very confusing for my first solo trip and knowing how check out procedures work for a hotel. No one was available in “reception” meaning there was a note hanging on the “office” door. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
