When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. “The ringling house was a great location. Our unit was recently renovated and very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a great proximity to the beach and the village. The staff was helpful and came right to us when we called about beach chairs. Susan was great and checked in often and was quick to respond.
