“The location is perfect. Across the street from Barefoot Landing. There are multiple pools, beach front, easy access to the beach. The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. ”

“The condo and it’s furnishing are great. We had everything we needed for a family of four. Easy to keep clean, and of course, a great ocean view! This was our second time staying at this location and we m feel like it can’t be beat because of the amenities plus its proximity to restaurants and shopping.”

“The condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the separation of bedroom and general area. The view was what we expected. Our grandson loved the lazy river. The night pool security was very friendly when announcing pool closing at 11pm. The options of pools with different depths was also a favorite. We had a small glitch at check in but our host took care of it with ease. The only part that was stressful was finding appropriate parking in the garage for our truck due to the low clearance. ……

“It was ok floors turned our feet black even though we payed cleaning fee hoa was a pain about parking even though nobody was in need of parking but we moved they just were rude people above us threw a party 3 night in a row I complained nothing was done and then we got a complaint the first night even though it was not loud just to many people which I understood but nobody did nothing about people above us”

“Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing……

“We had an excellent time! The unit was clean. The view was amazing. And the host was very accommodating. Really my only complaint is this particular complex does not have an elevator. So keep that in mind if you would have issues with the stairs.This was on the second floor, so it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.”

“This first floor easily accessible unit was clean, updated and tastefully decorated. Any communication with the hosts was efficient and effective. There is a nice small outside seating area. Location is fantastic and condo community is tidy and quiet. ”
