Yes, the building needs some renovation (I’m sure management is working on it), but the real magic is in the people who work there. ✨ As someone with 20 years of experience in hospitality, I can say — the team here was truly outstanding. Tim at the front desk did everything to make me feel at home: quickly answering all questions, helping with front desk calls, and giving advice on city routes. Bellman Roberto took care of all the little things that make a stay special — from the shuttle to helping with any request. A special thank you to Francesco and Jessica from Guest Relations. They communicated with me via messages, answered every single question, met all my needs, and made sure my stay at the hotel was comfortable and easy. 💌 I didn’t get a chance to meet the housekeeping staff in person, but their work was very noticeable. I really appreciated the effort of the housekeeper who prepared the room for me — everything was spotless and welcoming. 🧹✨ The shuttle drove me wherever I needed for free — which is especially nice in a city of 200,000 people.
