“First off, we were on the 4th floor. Our room smelled musty, for some reason, so we used some odor eliminating spray to help combat that. The air conditioning was quite adequate. The room probably could have used a dehumidifier. There were some lightbulbs in the room that needed to be changed. We let them know, however it wasn’t corrected before we checked out. The water pressure was not good when showering. The pool was nice, clean and fun to use. Breakfast was pretty nice, you have a number……

“The hotel was what we expected but was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was very nice and parking in the garage was not as bad as we thought it would be. The elevator was a little scary very dated but overall it was a good stay, even being there for a concert and almost the whole hotel were concert goers it was pretty quiet. The a/c unit was noisy but kept us cool.”

“This is an older property that has been cosmetically update. It was a good location, close to Simmons Bank Arena. We got there an hour early and requested early check-in and were denied. Parking was convenient. Our room was clean and bright. We could clearly hear the tv in the room next to ours. This continued throughout the day and night. Mattresses were ok but did not have a mattress pad on the so you could feel the design of the mattress top through the sheet. Mattresses had springs.……
