Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of the 11-7 employee, Robert. He took forever to check us in and asked questions he shouldn't have. The rest of the staff, Jennifer especially, were wonderful. Andy, the manager, went above and beyond. This is a very clean hotel. We will definitely stay here again. We recommend this hotel highly, just check in before 11 PM.

First time staying here. Always stayed at a competitor in North Little Rock when I came to town. They were booked for weekend sure had lot to do with softball tournament so looked elsewhere. Definitely nicer and more quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby and short trip to Little Rock. Will plan on staying here on my next visit.

Everything was Great

Very historic, absolutely beautiful wedding , rooms are gorgeous, all decor in each rooms different, the staff was very welcoming and kind , the breakfast was best meal we ever had was delicious, very well done and served by butler bob , and staff amazing experience, highly recommended

Was warmly greeted by staff. Pet friendly. I am traveling with my dog. Also nice to see other travelers with friendly, well behaved dogs.

This was our first time staying at the Baker, I flew into Little Rock from L.A. for one night. The location was convenient and neighborhood safe. We will definitely be coming back. Very special place, not to be missed "best kept secret." When we arrived, Everything was absolutely perfect. Everything was easy - booking, check-in! clean room with fresh flowers in the room nice touch. We enjoyed the Argenta Historic District, and we enjoyed our dinner across the street at Ristorante Capeo!...

kelly checked us in, she was great from the start. I think she really represent the Hilton brand very well. With covid going on, she was able to ensure a comfortable and clean stay. She saved a time slot for everyone to be able to enjoy the pool 1 family at a time. Thanks to Kelly my son enjoyed his birthday. Thanks Hilton

I have never had such a friendly welcome as I did at this hotel. We rolled in just prior to 12 am after a long day of travel. James welcomed us in with a friendly smile. He made us feel safe and said he’d check on our vehicle at night. He was just so courteous and made us feel very welcome.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. Easy check in. Would stay here again.
