“Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. ”

“Our family (teens and adults) enjoyed staying here as a base to explore all the sights of dc. It was in a great location- about 1.5 mile walk to the sights and so close to a grocery store! Everything we needed was here. Would recommend!”

“BEAUTIFUL HOME! The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The home was spacious for our party of seven (adults). The bedrooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms were all nicely decorated (and updated), which gave a chic and modern feel. Parking was extremely convenient (right in front of the house), and the neighborhood was quiet. We found this location convenient, as we made several trips to Maryland & Virginia. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend this...

“We stayed in this beautiful property for 4 days, & it was exactly what we wanted! I always wanted to stay in a little row house in Georgetown- this far exceeded my expectations. I loved the charm of it- an older home that had been maintained close to its original state. I also loved the location it was in. I could walk down the streets of Georgetown without any worries. It’s also very safe to get up before the sun comes up to walk/run, which I really enjoyed.”

“We loved this large, beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood for our private school group of 15. We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile...
