“​We stayed at StayAPT Suites in Alexandria over the 4th of July weekend to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. Overall, the property was a good, convenient choice for traveling with our dog. ​The Highlights: ​Pet-Friendly: It was great to find a place that truly welcomes dogs. We followed the property guidelines to keep him in the back area away from the courtyard. Free parking. That's rare. Quiet and safe area. ​Accommodations: Our 2-queen suite was nice, and our dog enjoyed the cool AC……

“The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.”

“The hotel was ok. There was no air conditioning in our hallway until I went down the front desk and told them, we had a moldy/mildewy shower liner which I had to complain about. They did not clean our room, when I asked them they told me that they do it every other day. The refrigerator does not cool until you push a button on the inside of the fridge. If you check on it , it will turn off. Breakfast was ok, stick with cereal or yogurt. Parking spots are really small, if you have small car you……
