All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, but the management are in the process of renovating everything in that property. When we first checked in we were put in a temporary room, because the the television in that room was broken and the lights by the bed were not working.

The staff was great but the rooms were in poor condition: damaged floors, dirty linen, leaking shower heads that spray all over the floor, the lobby was closed and had to do all transactions outside.

There were bugs on the bed sheet, cockroaches that we had to kill. Our toilet was clogged and we told the front desk and told us they’ll be at our room in 10 minutes, well they didn’t until the next day when we had to go and tell them AGAIN if we can use a plunger we can do it ourselves. Good thing we booked 2 rooms so we were able to have one bathroom. Also one of the rooms smelled really bad, like humid. Like if there were thousands of clothes wet for days. I don’t recommend staying at this place, especially if you have kids.

Yes pet friendly, the area is Scary & Uneasy feeling, Things in the room was horrid (the bathroom door lock is Broken the door frame is the same way, toilet paper holder broken, toilet seat broken, the fire alarm is missing out of ceiling, we weren't able to use the refrigerator because the door on it doesn't shut because the ice in freezer is out so far it can't close, the plug out have no covers & most of them don't work, the screen on the window has blue tape on it because it's all tore up, there is 1 microwave it's in the office, the floors are so sticking your feet that stick to it, beds are very worn out, last thing the pillows are like sleeping on a bunch of small cotton balls from being washed so many times & Very Noisy) We had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to check in all in all it's 1 of the worst hotels I have been in. We have stayed there before it was bad but now it's only got Worse! I did take pictures if your interested. Thank You Mrs.K Sievers

The photos give you the idea of a nice and clean room. That is not true! We booked two rooms; room #1 the dresser had one drawer half gone, only one stained bath towel, the lamp next to the bed without its shade, the ceiling had wires sticking out for an absent smoke detector, the peephole of the door was stuffed with pieces of napkins, no refrigerator and a dirty floor. Room #2 the bed cover and sheets had burned holes, toilet with a orange stain, this was changed on the second day of staying there, only one bath towel for 2 people, we requested one more at 6pm at 10pm we went again to the office and after 30 more minutes we got one; at this point we decided to buy towels from Target, uncover electric outlets and dirty floor. Outside, tiles were missing at the end of the corridor and beginning of the stairs. Only one Microwave was available in the lobby for all the guests to use and it was not cleaned regularly. I told the desk attendant about it and the woman said in an annoyed tone that she would clean it later. The Microwave stayed crusty for the entire duration and I'm sure they have yet to clean it. The owners of this establishment clearly do not care of maintaining any sort of standard of cleanliness and they should be inspected by the health department. Unfortunately, there was no option of a refund after we checked in, so please take this review as a warning and choose anywhere else but here. THE PICTURES THEY HAVE TO ADVERTISE THEMSELVES ARE FAKE NEWS!!

The staff was very rude when I checking in… It was basically skid row outside my room door I couldn’t even sleep in peace it’s very ran down not clean how it’s look on the pictures‼️oh n the MANAGER TOOK MY DEPOSIT FOR A 20min late check out when he knocked after check out.

Bedbugs, fire hazards, no smoke alarm, duct tape on electrical outlets and doors, a/c had electrical smell and loud, holes in walls, bathroom mirror ripped from wall, TV remote missing and TV did not work. Very unsatisfactory do not recommend staying there at all. Staff is not very helpful and you will not be satisfied. We’ll never stay in another red roof Inn. The pictures on the Internet were not even close to being what the property look like. The swimming pool was empty and the property was very dirty.

I booked a room for 2 nights and was going to be traveling in the early morning after work. When I reached the property the morning after my reservation had started the man at the front desk said my reservation had been canceled because I didn't check in early enough?! Even though I paid for 2 nights ahead of time so I could have a bed to sleep on after traveling after my work shift. I was BEYOND floored! My whole reservation was canceled and this man didn't try to look for another room or offer any help! "We didn't get any money from you..you need to contact expedia." And I had to look for another place at 8am! Unbelievable

The room didn't have a mini fridge as advertised, tv didn't work and air conditioner didn't have dials so we either froze all night of suffered the heat and there was no blankets. Bathroom sink was plugged up. I told the guy the tv didn't work he never came to check it out At first they putus in a room with no key and we got locked out so I had to walk back to the office which was far for me to walk because I'm disabled then they put us in another room but we had to move the towels out of the first room and toilet paper and put them in the new room. There was so much human traffic outside they were partying and talking all loud causing my dog to bark all night till 230 in the morning

Got to the hotel and was informed my stay had been “cancelled” despite not cancelling nor being notified at all. Was told that there were no rooms left and somehow my stay got cancelled. Seeing as it was the weekend of warped tour and most hotels in the area were booked full, I believe they double booked and gave my room away. Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t want to give me any kind of documentation about the stay being cancelled by the hotel. Absolutely would never book with them again and I do not trust them at all. Awful experience, rude staff, and I am now having to fight for a refund. Terrible and would never recommend to anyone!
