Not what we expected

Be aware of the push to buy into the club. They're pretty good at sales!! If you don't, you feel like your second to the gold members. The hotel is clean, but some service is great and some is o.k. depending on who's waiting on you. We had alot of confusion after booking our excursions, and shuttle to the airport, we were never on the list for anything we paid for, all 3 times. Our room safe was not bolted down, anyone could of walked right out of our room with it. We had an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall, light not working, and the knob on the nightstand fell off in 4 pieces when my husband opened it. They did come and fix the problems, but that should of been taken care of before we recieved our room. Food is o.k. mostly the same buffet every day. Restaurants not any better. Will not return, there are alot of other beautiful resorts!
