“11 jours passés en famille à 5. Nous avons pu profiter de la maison (extérieur pour manger et barbecue, intérieur en alternant tous les ventilos mis a dispo et la clim dans les 3 chambres), de la piscine (baignade tous les jours puisque la piscine est littéralement à 20 m de la maison), des commodités autour : Zenia boulevard, casino, plage de Cabo Roig, Torrevieja entre autre. La maison est un super pied a terre au calme et baigné de soleil le matin. ”

“This villa is ideal if you want a pool. The pool is spot on and clean and is in a perfect position for the sun all day. The villa is a little dated and is a bit mis match, it could would benefit from proper glassware instead of plastic glasses The lounge is lovely and comfy, internet is hit and miss because of the proximity in the hills. Bedrooms do need to be updated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Overall the outside of the villa does make up for……

“We had a brilliant time at the this villa. We have stayed here before and would recommend. It is well equipped and in a fantastic location. The pool is lovely. It is an older villa but very well maintained. We had a few minor niggles but the property manager is great and very responsive. ”

“We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. “Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We arrived late and Mikel's son Unai met us with supplies that he had picked up for us. The villa was everything and more, every thing you needed was provided, the shopping trolley was a god send! spotless clean, pool cleaned twice a week. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, local town of Torrevieja 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. Never slept so well, quiet area. Thank you so much for letting us stay! “tout est clean , le repos est au top dans cette belle villa , la piscine est top , le calme de l'habitation ,et l'emplacement. Prévoir une voiture car pour avoir le plaisir d'etre au calme, il faut un peu s'eloigner (mais pas trop) de la ville festive. Je recommande ++ Merci Fergus”

“We have been to the area before but many years ago. The villa was ideally located near the main hotel, a well stocked supermarket and about 10-15min walk to other restaurants. The villa was very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The owners were very good and helpful. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this villa. ”

“An amazing holiday at the villa in San Pedro. The villa itself is wonderful, and has everything we needed. The pool was very popular - especially for cooling down. And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And nothing was too much trouble for Raul - including climbing in through the window when we stupidly managed to lock ourselves out by leaving the key in the lock on the inside (Note: Don’t do this!). ”

“Just returned from a weeks stay and cannot fault the villa at all. Absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The terrace and pool area is amazing and even has inflatables for you to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Nearest supermarket and bars are a 10 minute walk away. Elsa met us at the property and is a great host. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. ”
