Hotel is overall okay. Room was spacious but we could hear others speak and watch TV next door. At 4am we were awaken by a fire alarm and had to evacuate the room due to fire. We decided to leave since we were there only for one night but we barely got any rest. I know there is no way to predict anything but all of us were evacuating on our own without help or guidance. How could they have one person working at night?!

Really nice room and bathroom. Pool opens at 11:00 am, wich makes it impossible for you to enjoy it if you check in late and only for one night stay.

I was there for two days on the fourth floor and the elevators never worked, the day I arrived I asked him to go clean the bathroom and he never showed up to anyone, the breakfast was quite deplorable, the Sunday we arrived we struggled for more than an hour finding parking because the hotel shares it with a meeting center

After reading tons of reviews for hotels in Lubbock, this one by far had some of the best. All basic needs were met: clean, no bedbugs, no critters, safe location, and well-lit. The bed was super comfy! The pillows and bedding were soft. Room had water bottles & Keurig pods, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer area plus a safe to store your valuables. It’s a busy hotel so I would make sure to bring your standard toiletry items just in case they run out(there was no body wash available during our stay). The toilet paper was a little on the John Wayne side, but it got the job done. Breakfast was pretty decent. Available during our stay were milk, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, muffins, bagels, and toast. Hot foods included a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Also had apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt and oatmeal. The dining area was spotless,had ample seating and had a couple of TVs to watch. There were plenty of metal bistro tables and chairs if you wanted to sit out in the courtyard. The gym was sufficient for a light workout. No free weights, just a treadmill, stationary bike, and a universal cable system with a w/pull-up bar. The hot tub “holds” 7 people max but I think at times we had about 10-12 comfortably. The pool was clean and goes to 4ft with lots of towels and seating out there. My only complaint is the hallway stayed wet near the entry of the pool. They also have a few snacks & misc items for purchase in the lobby. Would stay again.
