“The host was excellent. Quick to answer any questions. The location was good. But, everywhere in the walled city is a good location. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable (the most important thing!) For us, the apartment was a little depressing. Very little light (actually no windows in the living/dining room) and no view. ”

Wonderful surprise to be here for Festa di Santa Croce (Sep 13) when candles lit the whole town and we followed a parade through the maze of streets, enchanted!Our check in was challenging b/c the Casa Miranda address took us to a restaurant across town. “The property’s photos are completely accurate. It is a wonderful place in an ideal location. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the serenades in the square below in the early evening was my favorite part of the day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom showers spacious. I’ve visited Lucca many times but this property made it my best visit.”

“This is a great property. It’s close to everything, in fact, we found our favorite restaurant Marzo just steps away from the front door. Everybody was nice when we got there. Helpful told us exactly what we needed to do. We had plenty of space for everybody, including the kids highly recommend!”

“The pictures show the beauty of the apartment. Amenities as mentioned. It is 3 floors of steps. It is on opposite side of the walled town from train station. Check in very organized with a booklet listing where to eat, drink, and shop. Meile appliances. Be sure to go over washer and dryer directions at checkin if unfamiliar with these appliances. No books, cards, or games in apartment. But, who stays inside when you are in a beautiful Italian town! A great stay”

“This Apartment was in a great location for us. We were on the 3 rd level but the stairs were not a problem for us. I would stay in this apartment again . As an American I did not realize that C indicates Hot water and F cold water. Quite funny after I figured it out. Inside the Walls of Lucca is the only way to visit . ”
