"The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. "Café da manhã e muito bom, tem vários sucos e capuccino além de chocolate quente, no entanto e muito repetitivo nas proteínas, todo dia foi apenas ovo e salsicha, apenas um dia teve calabresa, de resto hotel ótimo acomodoes muito novas e a uma rua da Pajuçara, melhor praia dessa região tanto de dia como a noite recomendo, várias outras áreas longe dela são meios desertas, vale salientar que o banheiro já tem sabão líquido e shampoo e condicionador."

Na recepção, infelizmente, uma única funcionaria não pode atender todos com a presteza necessária. O próprio ambiente da recepção é muito apertado e um tanto confuso. Não parece um Mercure......O estacionamento é decepcionante. Pouquíssimas vagas e o unico manobrista tem que buscar os carros em outro local. Isso com o custo de 30 reais por dia....."
