From the doorstep there are numerous routes and footpaths surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Within a 15-mile radius, there is also an abundance of attractions and opportunities to explore. Machynlleth offers the Museum of Modern Art, a vibrant weekly street market, and a variety of independent shops. Whilst the seaside location of Aberdyfi boasts a charming harbour, tidal estuary, and pristine sandy beaches. For a unique experience, visitors can witness conservation efforts at the Dyfi Osprey Project, and you can also enjoy riding the narrow-gauge railways at Bala Lake, Talyllyn, and Corris, or go on an underground adventure at Corris Mine Explorers. You’re also within a mile of the local pub, shop and cafe.
