I arrived at this hotel with a reservation that I had paid for through a third-party booking service. When I got there, the staff told me they had no record of the reservation and no room available. It was extremely unnerving to arrive expecting a room that had already been paid for, only to find myself stranded and searching for other accommodations at the last minute. They informed me the third-party never contacted them. Regardless of who was responsible it was a terrible situation to be in. I was not driving, I also had to pay the unexpected cost of taking a Lyft to another property. I do appreciate that the staff allowed me to sit in the lobby while I worked to find somewhere else to stay. However, the lack of coordination between the hotel and the third-party booking service caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I would advise travelers booking through a third party to confirm room availability directly with this property before they arrive.

Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other personal belongings. After 45 mins of trying to type in the code, the door magically starting working. Would not recommend. Not worth what I paid - esp to have extreme issues since arrival to departure.
