“Booked this duplex to accommodate a few friends, my partner, and a family member the week of a special event. The 2 units of the duplex are connected by a utility/laundry room. The doors to each unit can be locked to prevent access from the utility room, if you wish. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and streaming services. One side has TVs in bedrooms and the other does not. But the side without the TVs in bedrooms has more updated……

“We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place for us. The living room has two large, very comfortable couches. There is a smart TV so we did not have to do any logging in to our accounts. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of counter space. Kroger and Dollar General are 4 minutes away which was real nice. There is a bathroom on 1st floor. The two bedrooms up stairs have regular closing doors and share a large walk in shower. I can say I have no complaints.”

“We had a great stay here! House is a cute private house in a very convenient area. All the amenities were in great shape, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating for us. We would love to stay again sometime!”

“My partner and I spent a week in this lovely rental. It was extremely clean and neat and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was particularly helpful and the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in.The owner is very attentive to communications and helped us several times with quick response times.The one negative aspect of the unit that older travelers need to consider is the fact that the two bedrooms are upstairs while the (nice) bathroom is downstairs and that the staircase is……

“We had a great visit here. Robert’s place is ideally located for easy travel to great food and shopping. Royal Oak, Berkley, and Birmingham are all super close and it was also close to the freeway so we took trips to Ann Arbor and downtown easily as well. The place is really nice, well appointed and super clean. We were worried when we checked in and felt the floor shaking from the karate studio underneath but it turned out not to be a problem at all and was closed by the time we got back in……
