“There was only one ice machine operable for 3 floors. I was on the third floor and had to walk around until I found it. The room couls have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and leftover trash (i.e. old utensils on the floor) along with other pieces of trash. The TV is wY too small for Marriott ( just a like). TV isn't a complaint like the other items. From the checkin was good/ok.”

“No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.”

“This was my all-time favorite hotel/bed and breakfast stay ever! Every single staff member we came in contact with were all extremely nice and pleasant to deal with! We stayed in the Douglas room and it was so wonderful with big windows and high ceilings. It felt so amazing to be in such an outstanding example of a Victorian era home. The buildings were beautiful and the grounds were perfect! There is a nice big courtyard with tables and chairs to where you can choose to have your breakfast……
