I was disappointed that there was no spa

Cons: Correct your misleading website information
The only reason we chose this particular hotel was the listing of a spa on their website. The website said the pool was seasonal and there was a spa. After checking in and settling down, we walked about to locate the spa. We were unable to locate the spa and inquired of the staff who in turn said that there is no spa, only spa rooms available for rent. I explained to the staff that their website clearly says "spa". Yes, there are also spa rooms available for rent but that was not the issue. So, if you are like us and want to stay at a hotel with a spa, pass on this one. The breakfast was pleasant and the rooms were clean. Just very disappointed not having a spa.

Disappointed

Was placed in handicap room, sauna in fitness center didn't work, lamps in room didn't work, TV remote didn't work and they couldn't provide enough towels for 2 days.

I wasn't greatly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I searched Expedia for a hotel in the area with a hot tub. I specifically wanted a hot tub and paid a higher rate to stay in hotel with one. Upon arriving, I asked where the hot tub was located and was told that they did not have one, despite the fact that they advertise it on their website and Expedia. I changed hotels as I was very annoyed and requested a refund from Expedia. Expedia denied me a refund. I will not ever stay at this hotel again, nor will Expedia get anymore of my money. I at least expect them to stand behind their advertising.
