“There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work.”

“Big Bear Lodge was perfect for our two week stay in Steamboat Springs (as a couple). Everything was exactly as described and exactly as pictured. Tom was a very responsive and helpful host.Self check in was super easy. The place was spotless. There were loads of essentials provided. Herbs and oil for cooking, kitchen towels, coffee and filters for the coffee machine, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, spare towels, dishwasher soap and supplies for the washing machine....

“Great place to stay, when they say right across the street from the village. Walk across the parking lot down a sidewalk, and your their. Perfect for a couple or a friend clean great views of the Valley. Going downtown ? Pick up the bus from the village.. would for sure stay again. ”
