“Bugs in the room, smelled like smoke, and generally a gross experience. I would not recommend nor do I understand how anyone would rate this more than a 1 or 2 on a 10 point scale. So gross.”

“Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again.”

“This is a joke my team waited for the room till 9pm chek in was at 3pm they got there at 7 from long drive and had to wait 2 hours so they can have the room ready for them i want a full refund or a free stay at any of my choice this unacceptable”
