"Absolutely, stunning, botanical oasis. The grounds were beautiful and incredibly relaxing and calm atmosphere. No details were spared the buffet in the morning was delicious and had a huge variety and very fresh. "

"Bring tons of mosquito repellent! Apply it especially during breakfast when you eat at the restaurant. Hotel should install a mosquito killer lamp or electric mosquito repellent to lessen those mosquitoes. Breakfast has 2 options - American and Thai. The staff will ask you for your choice of breakfast the night prior. Hotel location is about 10 mins from the airport but it is quite remote. There’s no convenience store nearby so you have to buy everything you need before you go back to the hotel....

"The staff are friendly and approachable
The best part there is a local wet market nearby and local restaurants around !
Worth staying if you don’t mind having to Grab to the city !

"it's obviously a new hotel built in a condo style. Rooms are large with nice seating area, small kitchen, good bedroom and hot shower/bath.
The swimming pool is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. they don't all speak English. Breakfast is good but it's in another building and on 2nd floor with no lift.
Area is quiet and it's not close to the attractions or 7-11. However if you have a car or bike it's really not a problem.
Some areas for improvement. The beds are to hard. More...

"The service here was excellent! I make a mistake when booking which would have made our stay uncomfortable, and they adjusted things around my mistake to make it work.
Also, this is a really good part of town. It's quiet, but there are loads of shops, restaurants, markets etc. nearby. We stayed in the old town for a few days before, and this is much nicer."

"The hotel was very nice. The fruits for breakfast were delicious. The staff was accommodating, helping us with suggestions, getting us food a few minutes early. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. "
"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I forget the gentleman's name who helped us, but if management can find out, he should be commended for his hospitality upon arrival and during. Tina at the front desk was always so helpful, sincere, and a delight to talk to. Dada, a beautiful young staff member, was always helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with anything. The support food staff were always working hard. As world travellers, we would have to say this was one of the most hospitable hotels. It was close to everything, and all tours picked up from this hotel as well. All night markets are within walking distance. We never had to use a taxi once during our 5 days. "
"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "
"This place worked great for everything we wanted to do in Chang Mai and it was affordable, with pool and just a block or so from local Sunday night market. With a scooter it was easy to get out into the country and back and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 because it worked so well."
"I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Million Pillows! The facility is absolutely gorgeous. There are so many areas to enjoy outside, and they are all so beautiful and peaceful. My room was so clean, and even had a glass patio area attached to the room. It is very walkable to food or Lotus Supermarket. The team here was so kind and hospitable, making it so hard to leave! I will definitely be staying here my next time in Chiang Mai!"
