Tina at the front desk was always so helpful, sincere, and a delight to talk to. Dada, a beautiful young staff member, was always helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with anything. The support food staff were always working hard. As world travellers, we would have to say this was one of the most hospitable hotels. It was close to everything, and all tours picked up from this hotel as well. All night markets are within walking distance. We never had to use a taxi once during our 5 days. "

"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "

"This place worked great for everything we wanted to do in Chang Mai and it was affordable, with pool and just a block or so from local Sunday night market. With a scooter it was easy to get out into the country and back and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 because it worked so well."

My room was so clean, and even had a glass patio area attached to the room. It is very walkable to food or Lotus Supermarket. The team here was so kind and hospitable, making it so hard to leave!
