“The apartment I was put in was not the one in the photos. Apparently what I booked needed repairs, I didn't know of the change until I was there. And while the alternate unit was clean, I was not comfortable. Parking was a crap-shoot. There is a hotel next door that gets very busy. The hotel next door was the saving grace of the stay. Good restaurant an bar at the Mafolie Hotel. I can't say that the original place would have been better, I never saw it! Double/triple check with the host that……

“The apartment had the best view! You will want a car here as it is a steep hill to get up but hey good exercise? I stayed at 3 rentals during my USVI trip and this one did not have any extra items such as beach chairs, coolers or towels. I think we had two bath towels and they had an old wet towel smell to it. The screens to the windows were loose so bugs could get in and the screen door was off so it was a gamble to leave the glass door open. It was definitely a minimalist place. The owner……

“We loved our stay! Very quiet, cute and spacious cottage for 2\. You can see the flamingos hanging out on the lake behind our deck. Super close to salt pond bay and great Lameshur bay. “Michael was excellent with corresponding from our initial inquiry about booking their place to occasional emails asking if we needed anything during our stay. Unit was immaculate & smelled great every time we entered. Kitchen was well stocked & we didn't want for anything. The balcony's beachfront view of neighbouring islands was our favourite & we could see the multi level pool as well. Never had an issue with chair availability.
