“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“We stayed at the Brig O’Doon for two nights after our wedding as a little mini moon. The hotel is beautiful - very atmospheric and romantic and we stayed in the signature river view room - the view is the stuff of fairytales. The room was luxurious and we had a great sleep! All the staff were friendly and professional and there were some lovely touches and treats as we had mentioned we were staying post wedding. “Ubicacion en Ayr, cerca del aeropuerto, en ciudad muy tranquila, ideal si se llega por la noche a Prestwick. Gente muy atenta. Limpieza impecable. Camas muy comodas. Desayuno muy completo. Baño compartido pero impoluto. Como es cerca del aeropuerto te reciben a horas que no son habituales en Escocia. Nosotros llegamos hacia la 1 AM y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad.”
