The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

the rooms are spacious, modern, with great views and the Japanese bidet was a stand out. My daughter loved the welcome macaroons. the shuttle and close vicinity of SM MOA, the bay.
