“What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

“Having lived in Durango in the 90’s, I knew that I’d like to stay just north of town as we wanted to spend some time in Durango and also at Purgatory. This was the perfect location! House worked out great for the seven of us. Large family area, comfortable bedrooms, and cool patios all along the outside. Kyle made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend!”
