"Sweet little cabin at the edge of a field on a rural property. Basic and sweet. Lovely breeze flowing through, and if not a little fan keep you cool. I found the upper bunk two warm but the futon just fine. Bring all of your food and spices. I was happy to hold up in the cabin for much of this day and listen to the breeze flowing through. The real highlight was Mancos, which has really blossomed since I was through here last. New coffee shop and cafes, the burro festival and natural food store....

"Perfect home base for a week of exploring Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico with it's centralized location to all the amazing historical ruins in the region. Quiet and out of the way enough to a relaxing sit on the porch after a long day of hiking but close enough to "town" so you can sit down for a bite to eat or stop at the grocery store. The next time we come through the area we'll be staying again. Great little cabin to rest your bones in between adventures!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Durango cabin! One of the highlights was watching wildlife from the deck — we were lucky enough to see two moose walk right through the creek below and spotted plenty of yellow-bellied marmots throughout our visit. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and on cooler days we enjoyed building fires in the fireplace. It was the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. We definitely recommend this spot and would love to come back!"
