“Such a cute space to rent, clean, quiet, close to all off downtown Manitou and a nice warm up walk to the Incline if you are planning to conquer that beast (which we did), this small quaint room was a great price and has everything we needed. I do wish they had a small microwave other than that. We would stay there again.”

The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!”

“I came to town solo for the Pike’s Peak Ascent. I was a mile from the start and a mile from the Incline. Easy walk to restaurants. The place was clean, well organized and secure. I would totally come back. ”
