“The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. ”

“Fraudulent. These lovely pictures of an apartment were displayed on the Expedia site and I went ahead and paid for it. When I contacted the host about my reservation, he rudely informed me that the place was not available even though I had paid for it on the site because it was available for my dates. The host was rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. He offered an alternative property which was dingy, uncomfortable and ugly with stained and torn bedsheets. A far cry from what was advertised……

“I had a king size bed and a bathroom down the hall that was not shared with anyone else. It’s a great value, just be aware of what you are booking.”

“1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”
