“Das Hotel schaut einladend aus. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, aber zum Teil nicht zuverlässig. Zimmer wurde doppelt vergeben, plötzlich stand bei mir ein fremder Mann im Zimmer…Das Hotel ist grundlegend sauber, aber trotz Wartung ging mein Warmwasser nicht auf dem Zimmer. Zudem ist es unhygienisch, dass es erlaubt ist, mit kompletter Kleidung ins Schwimmbecken zu gehen, zudem keine Umkleidekabine im Schwimmbadbereich und nur wenig Wasser an den Duschen.. Somit komme ich bei diesem Hotel nur auf……

"We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the air conditioning, which worked exceptionally well. During our stay, France was experiencing a heatwave, so having a cool and comfortable room made a big difference. The only drawback was that there was no fridge or freezer in the room. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it would have been useful for storing drinks, snacks, or food for children during hot weather. Overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a comfortable stay with helpful staff and good facilities. Just be aware that rooms do not include a refrigerator."
