“Great place for family and friends to stay. Loved the country feel. Very modern with central heating and fun lighting. Great for the cold winter nights. Hot tub - a lovely bonus. “Perfect location for our overnight stay. My ex farmer parents loved the peace and outlook onto farm land. Protea Cottage is beautifully set up, great coffee, super clean and comfy! Heat pump was on which made for a cozy evening. Many thanks for the ease of access and great communication. An 11/10 from my Dad!”

“The house is lovely, so lovely in fact that I wouldn't mind living in it permanently as the layout suited our family so perfectly. The first night was very windy, which did make sleeping difficult, but that would have been the case with any house in an open field in that wind. The location was also ideal - close enough to shops and restaurants, but rural enough to feel like a real breakaway from city life. The only thing I would have changed is to maybe have one or two of the wardrobes unlocked...
